Why don't you/Make up your mind (Shai Faran)
Why don't you/Make up your mind is a project that is aiming to be an on going, never ending work in progress. Its a way for us to create the conditions that will allow us to keep the state of the working environment, and spend time where we find our interest and pleasure - in the process.
During that process, we will expose our work in the state that its in at the moment, without treating it a the “final product”, giving the audience the opportunity witness the transformation and the development of the work.
The work itself is dealing with the topic of choice making - how do we make choices, in what way, why, what part of our brain is operating in order to make different choices, how does our memory effect our choices, what happens when we make choices differently, what common "choice making patterns" we all have, how does it effect our lives when we are more consiouse about our choices, and, how can we change our way of seeing the world by applying these questions on the moving body through dance and choreography.
