Em and Eff are doing fine. They have prepared everything for a nice day. Suddenly Pe is showing up – a bird who is getting caught up in their world. He might have come from far away. He bothers them. He fascinates them. And he sings beautifully. But then they get into a fight. Only when each of them is revealing something are they able to accept each other. Something begins. Maybe friendship.
A bass clarinettist, an actress and a tenor are performing on stage together in this tale about encounter and otherness.

» Theater o.N.

The Theater o.N. is a 30-year old association of actors and puppeteers, directors, musicians and writers. Founded in 1979/80 under the name Zinnober, it was the first independent theater in the former GDR. Since the 2010/11 season, the theater located at the famous Kollwitzplatz is focusing on the exploration and advancement of theater for very young audiences (2 years and up). In 2013 and 2015, we presented “FRATZ International: Encounters – Symposium - Festival for the very Young”. And we are developing productions with grade school children and teenagers in socially disadvantaged areas. In our program for adults, we are dedicated to new play development using the methods of biographical theater and puppet theater.

1996 bezog das Theater o.N. die jetzigen Räumlichkeiten in der Kollwitzstraße 53. Dort unterhält die Gruppe seitdem einen Spielbetrieb, zeigt seine eigenen Repertoirestücke für Kinder und Erwachsene, öffnet das Haus für Gastspiele von KollegInnen und veranstaltet in Kooperation mit langjährigen Partnern Reihen wie „Erzählbühne“ oder „Literatursalon“. Das Berliner Zimmer mit seinen 50 Zuschauerplätzen ist eine feste Institution im Berliner Kulturleben. Generationen von Kindern haben hier ihre ersten Theatererfahrungen gemacht. Immer wieder äußern ZuschauerInnen sich begeistert über die intime und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre des Hauses.
