Infopoint & Lounge (Performing Arts Festival Team & Guests)

The heart of the Berlin Performing Arts Festival (PAF) will beat this year at Kottbusser Tor in Kreuzberg. In aquarium, visiting industry professionals, audience members, the festival team and artists meet for a lively exchange of experiences or just for the silent late night drink Stanislavski. A festival lounge has been created especially for PAF, somewhere between a gallery, workshop space and glamourous Berlin bar. On all days of the festival, this will serve as an info point and box office and, beginning June 6, there will be an evening schedule starting at 9:00 pm with performances, DJs, cocktails and live music. Come by and let yourself be surprised!

The Performing Arts Festival team consists of young and experienced artists, festival designers, organizers, editors, publicists and more… – many members of the team are also active as members of Berlin’s independent performing arts community. Together, we shape this festival from work created within Berlin’s independent performing arts community and offer the festival for Berlin’s independent performing arts community.

aquarium, as the name suggests, is located in a former aquarium store. The space was initiated, amongst others, by Südblock. It sees itself as a space for encounters, exchange, networking and collaborative work: lively, heterogeneous, inclusive. A variety of art and culture projects are also frequent guests here, PAF was already here last year!
