Performative reading

A Prologue will let its listeners sink into a speaking soundscape and the music of dr.nojoke. It reveals the prologue of a modern genesis and the sounds of the words itself will be the carrier of the content. The staging uses the material of the body as a foundations, its rhythms, the flesh, the breathing, to allow the two performers Marianne Kjær Klausen and Katarzyna Kafel to situate the spoken word anew.

The independent performers Marianne Kjær Klausen and Katarzyna Kafel have worked together artistic and strategically since 2012. In their work, they combine their theoretical and artistic backgrounds in order to develop their own theatrical language Concepts, performances and productions are created together. Starting from an interest in socially engaged art, they search for new forms of theater that transcend institutions.
