Hauen und Stechen (LWOWSKI•KRONFOTH•MUSIKTHEATERKOLLEKTIV)

The LWOWSKI KRONFOTH MUSIKTHEATERKOLLEKTIV is a pool of opera singers, musicians, performers, costume & set designers and video artists. Its pop-up performance series Hauen und Stechen explores new forms of sonar-spatial synaesthesia in musical theatre.
The collective’s artists and set designers breathe new life into venues, transforming them into performative installations: the Sophiensæle, Ballhaus Ost, the Neuköllner Opera, Berlin’s Academy of the Arts, abandoned breweries, military barracks, outdoor club Else and Zur Wilden Renate, the old noodle manufactory Grießmühle, cellars, garages, a closet, a painter’s studio, and cars. After four years at Galerina Steiner in Berlin, this time Hauen and Stechen will be playing at a new secret location.
